1.1 Equipment Process
Pad fabric winding → Core guide opening → Joint vulcanizing machine → Roller set → Front traction machine → Front clamping and stretching → Front boiler removal device → Main vulcanizing machine → Middle clamping → Roller set → Rear clamping and stretching → Rear traction machine → Double ground roller side wall winding and packaging machine.
The height of the equipment center is 1300mm (the distance between the upper hot plate and the lower plane from the ground).
1.2 Equipment composition
1.2.1 Roll up of padding cloth
The inclined disc automatic safety guide head can be driven in both forward and reverse directions by a torque motor, and automatically adjusts the speed while maintaining a constant linear velocity.
1.2.2 Core guided opening
Adopting a slanted disc type guide with automatic safety, using a friction disc to unwind, and a manual clutch to control the torque motor to unwind.
1.2.3 Joint vulcanizing machine
The overall structure is made of steel, and a temperature display device is installed on the side of the hot plate. The oil cylinder adopts finished piston cylinder to ensure long-term use. The hot plate is processed using 35 # steel plate that has undergone normalizing treatment. The working surface roughness of the upper and lower hot plates reaches Ra1.6, and the working surface roughness of the middle hot plate reaches Ra1.6.
1.2.4 Front tractor
The overall structure is made of steel, and the pressure between the rollers is adjusted by a handwheel, making maintenance convenient and reliable. Rolling bearings are used for the rotating parts of each axis. It can be turned forward and backward, and can be started separately or linked together. (Ensure that the strap is pulled in place when connecting)
1.2.5 Front clamping stretching
Made of welded steel plates and sections, its clamping part mainly consists of a frame, upper and lower clamping plates, clamping cylinders, etc. Its stretching part consists of stretching beams, stretching cylinders, etc.
1.2.6 Main vulcanizing machine
The main vulcanizing machine meets the HG/T3034-1999 standard.
(1) Frame board
Q235 steel plate is used, and only after mechanical shot blasting for embroidery removal, spraying of zinc rich series paint, automatic cutting and cutting of the entire plate, no welding, and vibration to eliminate stress, can it be transferred to mechanical processing.
(2) Hot plate
The hot plate is processed using 35 # steel plate that has been double fixed length rolled and normalized by Wuyang Steel Plant. The working surface roughness reaches Ra1.6, the temperature distribution accuracy of the hot plate is ± 1.5 ℃, and the double cold end is 300mm × 2. In order to vulcanize PVG tapes, the hot plate can withstand repeated cooling water flow. The cooling water includes high-temperature cooling water and low-temperature cooling water.
(3) Upper and lower cushion platform
Using Q235 steel plate, in order to ensure production accuracy, automatic cutting and cutting, planer processing of welding grooves, carbon dioxide gas shielded welding are used. Alloy welding wire is used for welding, and after welding, the whole is put into the furnace for heat treatment to completely eliminate welding stress, and then mechanical processing is carried out to ensure no deformation during use.
(4) Oil cylinder
The oil cylinder body adopts ZG270-500, the plunger adopts cold hard alloy cast iron, and the sealing structure adopts a combination structure of double sealing rings and one dust ring to ensure long-term use.
(6) Balance lifting device
Install gear rack balance lifting devices at both ends of the lower platform to ensure horizontal lifting of the lower platform.
(7) Insulation board
The insulation board does not contain asbestos, with a pressure resistance of ≥ 400kg/cm2, a thermal conductivity of 0.019w/mh, a temperature resistance of 220 ℃~250 ℃, and a thickness of δ 15mm.
(8) Mold closing guide device
Install four pairs of adjustable gap clamping guide devices on both sides of the vulcanizing machine, with a longitudinal and transverse displacement error of ≤ 0.5mm for the hot plate clamping.
1.2.7 Clamping
Its structure is basically the same as the front clamping tension.
1.2.9 Rear clamping and stretching
The overall structure adopts a traditional form, with the clamping part being the same as the front middle clamp and welded structure.
1.2.10 Rear Traction Machine
The overall structure is made of steel, and the pressure between the rollers is adjusted by a handwheel, making maintenance convenient and reliable. Rolling bearings are used for the rotating parts of each axis. It can be turned forward and backward, and can be started separately or linked together.
1.2.11 Double roll high side wall coiling and packaging machine
A square bar guide groove is set in the middle of the side wall of the steel structural component, and the guide groove is set in the middle of the double roller.
1.2.12 Hydraulic System
The main hydraulic components adopt Yuci Oil Research series products to ensure equipment quality and operational reliability.
1.2.13 Electrical System
A complete and comprehensive control system (including wires and cables, safety protection devices, etc.), PLC adopts Mitsubishi host from Japan, and various equipment on the production line can achieve manual and necessary linkage.
